Appropriate Times & Method to use

* 1 hour after waking up

* 1 hour after meal

* Before sleep

* After a strenuous exercise

* Use 230-240V outlet

* Hold the handle tight and massager with your speed

* Place the head on the part, and adjust the speed as you like

* For the effective massager, start from the arm, lig,back and Side in order

* Drink a glass of water after massage to flush your body properly

Caution

* Do not use the squirrel massager more than 20 minutes at a time      * Machine protectoris installed, so when the machine is operated over 20 minutes, it will stop automatically, (it is not mean out of order, switch has to be off and 30minutes later can be re-operated.)

* Do not use squirrel massager without attachments.
