Instructions
How to use the controller :
There are 5 buttons on the controller, please see the below instructions
On / Off : Turn on and Turn off.
Time : 3 minutes prearranged.
User can set time at 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes.
Auto : The vibration speed will be low and high by turns automatically.
High : Machine vibrating at the high speed.
Low : Machine vibrating at the low speed.
Note : The infrared lamp will be light when the machine turned on.
Follows should be noticed when operating :
1. Make sure the switch is turned off before setting time, the turn on the switch after setting the time required.
2. If you would like the machine to be stopped working within 3 minutes just turn on the machine directly.
USAGE
1. Drink a glass of water before & after using the machine to help facilitate the removal of circulatory & metabolic waste materials from the body by way of urine.
2. Turn the time to the time you need (start with 5 min & increase the time gradually to a max of 15 min) then push the black switch besides the timer to let it work.)
Sit on a raised object & gently place your feet on the contact plate. Apply pressure on the knees so as to press all the reflex points.
Relax on the chair with all your body parts in a relaxed posture for five minutes.
You can step up directly on the machine or try putting one feet at a time.
Temporarily switch off the power. Wait for the user to stand firm (with support) first with bending the knees slightly & after some time when the user is comfortable he can stand straight.
Standing on the machine for five minutes will make you feel your blood circulating in a good speed throughout your body.
